The Dual-Material Architecture

The Vanguard Catch is a complex, 6-part assembly. The rigid exterior frame, the shock-absorbing TPU base, and all four individual TPU drop zones are engineered to mechanically interlock. They friction-fit together with absolute precision, locking the inserts permanently into place so they will never peel, shift, or degrade over time. Zero glue. Zero tape. Zero hardware required.

• The Upper Exoskeleton: The top frame and pocket walls are built from high-rigidity structural polymers (featuring infused PETG-CF on our carbon fiber editions). This eliminates light reflection and layer lines, resulting in an ultra-matte finish that looks and feels like machined aerospace hardware.

• The Foundation (Thick TPU): The entire bottom half of the tray is a thick, solid block of flexible TPU. The underside features a holographic carbon-weave finish that provides a premium aesthetic This dense rubber base serves three purposes: it grips your desk securely, prevents sliding, and acts as a massive acoustic dampener.

When you drop your gear into the Catch, the TPU absorbs the impact with a satisfying, deadened "thud"—completely protecting your blades, watches, and flashlights from scratches while keeping your desk silent.

Stackable Design

Need to store multiple loadouts? The Vanguard Catch features a nested footprint. The soft TPU base of one tray locks seamlessly into the top lip of another rigid frame, allowing you to vertically stack multiple trays on a nightstand or desk without them sliding or tipping.
